24 Hour Mo Relay
Join us for the 24 Hour Mo Relay in support of Movember, a challenge built on endurance, teamwork, and resilience. It’s your opportunity to push your limits, rally your mates, and be part of something bigger than yourself. The 24 Hour Mo Relay is a community-driven challenge that brings people together through movement, connection, and a shared commitment to supporting a cause that matters: men’s health. This event was born from the vision of Shane, one of our members and the founder of Tour de Mo, alongside Richard, one of our Group Trainers and Personal Trainers. Together, they shared a passion for creating an experience that unites people, challenges individuals to go beyond their comfort zones, and makes a meaningful impact.
Want to know more about the event? Join one of our FREE info sessions on Saturday 10th or 24th of October at 8:45am.

FAQs
What is the JF 24/7 Movember 24hr Challenge?
It’s a team event designed to challenge your mind and body to keep moving as long as you are able to…. The goal is for your team to keep any combination of machines moving for 24hrs.
Do I have to do the full 24 hours?
No, there will be options to complete the challenge in 3, 6, 12, or 24 hours. We anticipate that your start time will depend on the duration you choose, as we would like all challenge teams to finish at the same time.
How many participants can be in a team?
A minimum of 2 up to a maximum of 24. Getting a team together will make the day go faster and you can encourage each other to go further. Each member should aim to commit to a min of a 1hr block during the event. Longer stints or multiple blocks are fine.
Can non-members of the gym be part of a team?
Yes, non-members can participate in this challenge.
Do all team members need to be on site for the entire 24hrs?
No. We do require at least 2 members of each team to be present on site during the event and you are welcome to rotate your team as desired (to rest and re-fuel).
What machines can I use during the event?
Treadmills, Elliptical Trainers, Spin Bikes and Rowers.
Can I take toilet breaks during my allocated time?
Of course! Toilet breaks are absolutely fine. Just make sure your team coordinates these breaks so your machine or team rotation is managed appropriately and the challenge can continue.
Can I take breaks for food and hydration?
Yes! Staying fuelled and hydrated throughout the challenge is essential. Participants can tag off when taking a break and tag back on when they’re ready to resume, allowing your team to manage breaks and rotations throughout the event.
Will there be food available on site?
We’ll have fruit available throughout the event, and Nutrition Warehouse will be joining us at two different times. We recommend bringing your own food, such as sandwiches and wraps, to keep you fuelled throughout your challenge. Don’t forget to bring plenty of water and any additional snacks you may need! More information to come on how you can fuel yourself for the event.
Can more than one person use a machine at a time?
No, only one person can use a machine at any given time. Teams can rotate between participants to keep their machines moving continuously and ensure everyone gets their turn.
