What is Masters?

Our Masters program is thoughtfully designed with mature adults in mind, offering a supportive and engaging environment where fitness, fun, and community come together. Each class focuses on important components of fitness that matter most for maintaining independence, function and vitality as we age, building strength, enhancing balance, supporting mobility, and promoting overall wellness.

All sessions are led and programmed by professional, experienced coaches who understand the unique needs of mature adults, providing clear guidance and modifications so you can work safely and comfortably at your own pace.

Our Masters classes are a great way to connect with others, and enjoy an active lifestyle in a supportive, welcoming environment.

Masters Spin 30

Class Description

A relaxed, lower-intensity spin class focused on building cardiovascular fitness and confidence on the bike. No fast sprints or intimidating climbs, just a calm, controlled ride you can enjoy at your own pace.

Is this right for me?

This class is ideal if you want a gentle cardio workout at a comfortable pace. It’s perfect for beginners, anyone returning to exercise, or those who find traditional spin classes too fast or intense. You’ll be encouraged to ride at your own level with plenty of options and rest when needed.

When: Thursdays at 10:00am in the Spin Studio

Masters Chair Fit

Class Description

A seated exercise class combining aerobics, mobility, and stretching, all performed using a chair for support. Ideal for improving circulation, joint mobility, and flexibility in a safe, comfortable environment.

Is this right for me?

This class is a great choice if standing for long periods feels challenging, or if you prefer extra support while exercising. All movements are done seated or with chair support, making it ideal for improving mobility, circulation, and flexibility in a safe and relaxed environment.

When: Mondays at 7:30am in the Group X Studio

Masters Groove

Class Description

A fun, low-impact dance class set to feel-good music. Simple routines, easy-to-follow movements, and plenty of options, no dance experience needed. Come for the movement, stay for the smiles.

Is this right for me?

If you enjoy music and want a fun, low-impact way to move your body, this class is for you. No dance experience is needed, routines are simple, easy to follow, and designed to make you smile while improving coordination and fitness.

When: Fridays at 8:00am in the Mind & Body Studio

Masters Steady and Strong

Class Description

A balance-focused class designed to improve stability, coordination, and confidence with everyday movements. Using simple exercises and controlled progressions, this class helps reduce fall risk and improve functional strength.

Is this right for me?

This class is ideal if you’d like to feel more steady on your feet and confident with everyday movements. It’s especially helpful if balance feels like a challenge, if you’ve noticed reduced stability, or if you want to work on strength and control in a supportive setting.

When: Tuesdays at 10:40am in the Dungeon

Masters Reformer

Class Description

A supportive, low-impact class focused on improving strength, balance, mobility and overall wellbeing. Movements are controlled and carefully guided to help you feel confident on the reformer while staying active in a safe and welcoming environment.

Is this right for me?

This class is ideal if you’re looking for a low-impact way to improve strength and mobility using the reformer. Your instructor will guide you through every movement, making it accessible whether you’re new to pilates or have some experience.

When: Mondays at 10:15am, Wednesdays at 10:15am, & Fridays at 11:15am in Reformer Studio 1

Masters Dungeon

Class Description

A circuit-style class designed to help improve strength, stability, mobility, and overall fitness. Programmed specifically for older adults, with a range of functional strength and cardiovascular exercises.

Is this right for me?

This class suits you if you’re looking to build strength and stay functionally fit in a small group environment. The circuit format keeps things varied and engaging, and your coach will ensure all exercises are appropriate and safe for your level.

When: Tuesdays at 8:00am & Thursdays at 8:00am in the Dungeon

Masters Les Mills Thrive

Class Description

Les Mills Thrive is a science-backed, low-impact group fitness class focusing on functional strength, balance, and mobility for everyday movement, designed for all fitness levels, especially older adults or those wanting a less intense workout than typical high-impact classes, incorporating elements of yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates to improve quality of life and keep people moving fit for life.

Is this right for me?

This class is right for you if you want a structured, science-backed workout designed specifically for active ageing adults. It’s ideal if your goal is to maintain or improve strength, balance, mobility, and confidence in everyday movement. Les Mills THRIVE is suitable whether you’re new to group fitness, returning after a break, or looking for a low-impact program that supports long-term health, independence, and quality of life.

When: Tuesdays at 8:30am & Fridays at 10:40am in the Group x Studio
