Have you ever thought about becoming a Les Mills Instructor? Or are you already teaching and looking to grow your experience within an incredible fitness community? What’s Included on the day:
Mini Masterclass: delivered by local Instructors and the possibility of a Trainer from LMAP to do a special showcase TBC
Instructor
Instructor Sharing Session: a chance to learn and connect and hear real instructor experiences.
Teaching Practice and Next Steps: where participants will prepare and teach a simple combo, receive feedback from our team, and gain guidance on progressing through the instructor pathway.

6 Week Run Challenge

Get ready for Fun Run season with our 6-Week Run Challenge, led by trainers Richard and Paul. This structured training block is designed to build strength, speed, and confidence as you prepare for upcoming events including Run the River and Bridge to Brisbane.

This program combines run-specific strength training, skill development, plyometrics, and conditioning to enhance performance and help reduce injury risk. Suitable for beginner to intermediate runners training for 5K, 10K, or 21K distances.

Pricing:
$20 casual session or $90 full 6-week block ($15/session)

FunFit Fridays

A supervised fitness event for children aged 5–12, designed to keep kids active, engaged, and entertained while parents enjoy a stress-free evening out.

FunFit Fridays is packed with exciting, structured activities including obstacle courses, movement games, team challenges, and high-energy dance party fun. Kids will build confidence, stay active, and make new friends in a safe and supportive environment.

All sessions are supervised by qualified staff, including a Lead Trainer with Cert III/IV in Fitness, along with team members who hold Blue Cards and First Aid certification.

Dinner is included for all participants, with pizza and fruit provided.

Parents are welcome to leave the premises and enjoy some well-earned time out, knowing their children are safe, supervised, and having a great time.

Yin Yoga & Soundbath

The Magic of Gentle Movement, Breath, and Sound

Step into deep rest and restoration with this immersive yin yoga and sound healing experience in our Mind Body Studio.

We begin with 30 minutes of gentle yin yoga, breathwork, and yoga nidra, accompanied by live sound healing. This opening practice is designed to calm the nervous system, release tension from the body, and guide you into a deeply relaxed state.

From there, you’ll be carried into a 40-minute immersive sound bath led by two experienced sound practitioners. Using a rich blend of ancient and modern instruments, this extended sound journey invites deep relaxation, energetic release, and inner stillness. This session will be finished with Yoga Nidra and Savasana.

Yin Yoga & Soundbath is an opportunity to slow down completely, reconnect with yourself, and experience the profound effects of intentional rest and sound.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. Bring a yoga mat, towel, socks, pillow, and anything else that will support your comfort during the session.

FunFit Kids Term 3

FunFit Kids Term 3 is launching with a brand new timetable designed to keep kids active, engaged, and having fun while developing confidence, coordination, and teamwork in a supportive environment.

Each session is age-appropriate and focused on movement, skill development, and teamwork, encouraging children to stay active and enjoy trying new challenges. Programs are designed and supervised by qualified staff experienced in children’s fitness and recreation.

FunFit Kids is an immersive experience that allows children to train alongside you while you train, making fitness a fun and positive part of their routine.
