FunFit Kids combines movement, teamwork, and skill development in engaging sessions led by qualified staff experienced in children’s fitness and recreation.
FunFit Kids is a structured, active children’s program designed to help kids build confidence, coordination, and a positive relationship with movement in a fun, safe, and supportive environment.
Our sessions focus on age-appropriate physical activity, teamwork, and skill development while encouraging kids to enjoy being active and trying new things. Programs are designed and supervised by qualified staff experienced in children’s fitness and recreation.
FunFit Kids will be introduced gradually throughout 2026, with programs rolling out in stages as we expand offerings, session times, and age groups. This staged approach allows us to ensure high-quality delivery, safe class sizes, and the best possible experience for every child.
Activities may include games, obstacle courses, circuits, team challenges, and fitness movements adapted for each age group. Details on program availability, schedules, and enrolments will be released progressively throughout 2026.
School Holidays Program
School holidays are just around the corner, and we’re getting ready to bring something special to keep kids active, social, and entertained.
The FunFit Kids School Holiday Program runs for two weeks, Monday to Friday, from 29 June to 10 July 2026, with activities designed for every age and energy level, from babies through to teens.
Expect a mix of regular weekly sessions, themed events, and free community experiences that keep kids moving and engaged all holiday long. Most sessions are drop-off, and the program is open to both members and non-members.

StrongFit
Before you hit the gym floor solo, StrongFit gives you the foundation to do it right. Sessions cover strength and conditioning fundamentals — squats, deadlifts, pressing, core work, and plyometrics — with a focus on technique, safe loading, and building real gym confidence.
Mini-Dungeon
Mini-Dungeon is a circuit-based fitness class that gets kids moving through high-energy stations — rowing, sled pushes, box jumps, battle ropes, and bodyweight challenges. Sessions run in timed rounds with built-in rest, keeping energy up and engagement high from start to finish.

Parent-assisted play group for babies focusing on sensory development, basic movement exploration, and early motor skills.
Mini Fit (crawlers – 2 years)
KinderFit (3–5 years)
Kid Fit (5–8 years)
Structured fitness play including obstacle courses, strength basics, and skill development.
Junior Fit (9–12 years)

Looking for a fun, active, and stress-free evening for your kids (and yourself)? We’ve got you covered!
FunFit Fridays is an exciting fitness event for kids aged 5–12 years, packed with energy, movement, and plenty of fun in a safe and supportive environment.
💪 What’s included:
• Obstacle courses
• Movement games
• A high-energy dance party
• Confidence-building through play
👨🏫 Your kids are in great hands! All sessions are supervised by qualified staff, including a Lead Trainer (Cert III/IV in Fitness), plus team members with Blue Cards and First Aid certification.
🍕 Dinner is included! Kids will enjoy pizza and fresh fruit during the session.
✨ Parents, this is your chance to enjoy a well-deserved night out while your kids stay active, entertained, and fully supervised.
