FunFit Kids – Terms & Conditions

1. Participant Eligibility & Enrolment

Ages: Children aged 5–12 are eligible.

Enrolment: Parents/guardians must complete all forms and disclose accurate health, medical, and contact information.

2. Health, Medical Requirements & Medication

Children with asthma, anaphylaxis, diabetes, or other conditions must provide a current management plan from a qualified health professional.

All necessary medication (e.g., inhalers, EpiPens, insulin) must be brought on-site, clearly labelled with the child’s full name; children without these cannot attend.

3. Dietary Requirements

FunFit Fridays will include pizza for dinner as part of the program.

Parents/guardians must communicate any dietary requirements, allergies, or food restrictions at the time of booking.

While we make every effort to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Parents are responsible for ensuring their child’s dietary needs are clearly stated and understood.

4. Emergency Consent & First Aid

Parents/guardians authorise FunFit Kids staff to administer first aid and seek medical/ambulance treatment in emergencies. Parents will be responsible for all associated costs.

Staff are trained in basic first aid and emergency procedures; however, parents must ensure clear communication of medical needs.

5. Behaviour Management & Participation

FunFit Kids aims to provide a safe, inclusive, and fun environment. Positive behaviour is encouraged.

Repeated unsafe or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the event and contacting guardians. Attendance at future events may depend on agreements on conduct.

Parents must agree that children will follow staff instructions and meet behavioural standards at all times.

6. Supervised Activities & Child Safety

Children will participate in supervised activities that may include (but are not limited to) physical exercise, structured games, creative play, and screen time.

FunFit Kids is committed to child safety. All staff undergo background checks and receive child-safe training.

7. Personal Belongings

FunFit Kids staff take no responsibility for personal items. Children are encouraged not to bring valuables.

8. Changes to Sessions

FunFit Kids reserves the right to merge, reschedule, or cancel sessions due to operational needs or unforeseen circumstances. Parents will be notified promptly, and any fees will be refunded.

9. Attendance, Collection & Cancellation Policy

Bookings: Essential and limited.

Cancellation fees: more than 7 days notice: 100% refund; 3–7 days: 50% refund; less than 3 days or no-show: no refund.

Parents must collect children promptly at session end. Early drop-offs are not accepted.

10. Privacy and Media

We collect and store enrolment and health information to deliver safe, high-quality care. Personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law and may be shared if required (e.g., emergency care).

For child safety and privacy, photography or video by parents/guardians during sessions is not permitted.

Program photos or videos will only be taken and used with explicit opt-in consent from parents/guardians. These may be used for marketing or educational purposes, but only if you have agreed.

11. Intellectual Property

All program materials, branding, and intellectual property belong exclusively to FunFit Kids.

Materials provided during sessions may not be reproduced, published, or used commercially without prior written consent.

12. Liability & Indemnity

While every effort is made to ensure safety, FunFit Kids and venue staff cannot accept liability for injuries unless due to gross negligence.

Parents/guardians agree to indemnify and hold harmless FunFit Kids against any claims arising from participation, including breach of terms, negligence, or violation of laws.

13. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

All services and materials are provided as-is without warranties of any kind.

FunFit Kids and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (to the extent permitted by law).

Where applicable, aggregate liability will not exceed the total fees paid.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

We are committed to protecting personal data in alignment with our Privacy Policy.

Any personal data collected during enrolment and events will be handled securely and confidentially.

15. Changes to Terms & Updates

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Parents/guardians will be notified of significant changes. Continued participation after changes implies acceptance.
