FAQ
Do you offer student and senior prices?
Yes, we offer student and senior prices on both 12 month lifestyle, and 3 month lifestyle memberships. A valid concession card must be presented at reception on first visit. Platinum is the same price for all ages. Please call us on 3713 3999 if you have any further questions.
Does the Lifestyle membership include pool access?
Yes! Both Lifestyle and Platinum memberships include pool access.
I want to sign up now but don’t want to start until next week, what do I do?
That is totally fine, you can choose your membership start date on step 6 of the signup process, so you can set any date you like.
What is your cancellation policy?
After the minimum term, your membership will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis. At this point, you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. If you are within your term, a contract exit fee may apply.
What happens if I go away on holiday, can I pause my membership?
Yes absolutely, you can pause your membership for minimum 2 weeks, maximum 8 week blocks. Your membership is reduced to $5 per week during this time.
