Barre

Barre classes are a combination ballet-inspired moves using the barre along with elements of Pilates, yoga and strength training. Barre focuses on high reps of small range movements, and can also incorporate hand weights, yoga balls and stretch bands. Great for all fitness levels. You must BYO mat, but all other equipment is supplied.


Dance Barre

Dance Barre is a fitness and movement class that blends elements of ballet, dance, Pilates, and strength training into a low-impact, high-results workout. Using a ballet barre for balance and resistance, the class focuses on isometric movements, controlled poses, and targeted exercises to tone muscles—especially in the core, legs, glutes, and arms—while improving posture, flexibility, and balance. Suitable for all fitness levels.


Hot Pilates

Hot Pilates combines mat Pilates principles with high intensity interval training. The heat is up and so is the volume! Hot Pilates will tone, strengthen and invigorate your body! You will gain energy and overall, feel incredible and we promise you will have fun!


Hot Vinyasa Yoga

Hot Yoga is a 60 minute class performed in the heated studio. Incorporating yoga power moves and much you will increase your strength, flexibility and mobility whilst sweating it out. BYO mat.


Hot Yoga Flow

Discover the transformative power of a heated practice in our Hot Flow Yoga class. Step into our warmed studio and prepare to move, breathe, and deepen your practice. This dynamic class links postures together in a continuous, rhythmic sequence, promoting deep internal heat and a powerful mind-body connection. We will focus on building core strength, increasing flexibility, and improving balance. The heat works synergistically with the movement, helping to safely detoxify the body and allow for greater mobility in the joints and muscles. Expect to sweat, challenge yourself, and find a sense of energized calm. Come ready to move with intention and leave feeling wrung out, refreshed, and deeply renewed. Who is this for? This is a challenging and invigorating class. Some familiarity with basic yoga postures is helpful, but modifications will be offered. Please ensure you are well-hydrated before attending.


Mat Pilates

Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.


Stretch

Stretch classes allow you to unwind and relax. It helps you improve your flexibility, mobility and wellbeing.


Stretch Yoga

Our Stretch Yoga class is designed to improve flexibility, enhance joint range of motion, and reduce muscle tension. Through a combination of dynamic stretches, targeted mobility exercises, and restorative movements, participants will leave feeling more limber, relaxed, and energized. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class helps to prevent injuries, improve posture, and promote overall movement efficiency.


Vinyasa Yoga

In this class the basic, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. We work with the body’s range of motion and balance with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers. Finishing in full body relaxation. Perfect for all levels of fitness. BYO mat.


Yin Yoga and Breathwork

Yin Yoga is a quiet, meditative practice with long, deep holding of passive poses. Using mindful muscle relaxation, yin postures target the connective tissue nourishing joints, ligaments, and fascia promoting the healthy flow of chi (energy). BYO mat.
